I'm just curious if anyone out there made fantasy values or salaries for either the players or team position groupings for this 2017 rom. My group usually plays with the original rom and use bruddog's position values spreadsheet for our draft. Now, my group wants to play with the new rosters rom and I was going to do it myself but figured I'd use one someone else made if it's available and save me the work. I know Tecmonster has a pdf for his rom.

Aww shucks you're making me blush! Maybe I will do that next year. I do watch way too much college football and do actually try to watch every team in FBS throughout the year. I even posted a hit list on my fridge every year and way back in the before time I even recorded every team on vcr tapes. Then I would be able to watch all the players my NFL team drafted. What the hell was I doing?! Freaking psycho. haha That being said, I have 6 games scheduled on the dvr right now. Idiot.

Bolt, glad you enjoyed it. I laugh at the fact that I used Phil Steele's Preseason rankings and he brags about how accurate he is every year. Wow, even if he was the best this year he was still way off! By my count, about 9 teams made the game that shouldn't have. I think next year I may do it by units instead of matching offenses and defenses to make it a little more accurate. I just downloaded Baron's new college game and am excited to give it some time this weekend.

I'm glad to see your Syracuse finally made a college rom! haha Do you have a release date for this? I'm excited. You need to get the option added to TB and then this game would be the game to play.

Your Huskers proved my point why Oregon shouldn't be included! I guess Steele having FSUx #1 may have been off a bit. I couldn't take my eyes off the Louisville show yesterday. I dream of my Florida Gators beating up on FSUx like that. Wow. Next season, Jackson will be QB Eagles. Exactly! 400 passing 200 rushing is insane for the LOU QB and 16 tds already. You may have to play 7 min qtrs to pull that off!

I get that argument but when 5 of the 6 month season is in 2016 it makes more sense to me. Now, get back to finishing your 2017 rom because I want to play it!

Keirre, get started on your depth charts! I like the idea of going with the optimal lineups (screw injuries) but think current ones are fine if that's what you prefer.

Things are looking good! Xplozv is almost done the base rom we are going to use and it's going to be great. The PAC12 is the only conference that has changed and is now STAN, ORE, U$C, UCLA. WASH ST & UTAH are out. Sure, you could say UTAH over UCLA but we are talking 24th and 26th so the rivalry wins in my opinion. Stay tuned...

Okay, so let's get this rom rolling. We have the 32 teams decided since NO ONE posted against my last list. Shame on you. Let's move on! I like buck's idea of doing the ratings the way he suggested on page two (posted below) and I posted the spreadsheet of the position groups from Phil Steele's magazine earlier in the thread on page 3. It's not perfect now that the season is 3/4 done but it works for what we need. Hopefully, Xplozv will post a rom soon that we could use. Keirre, what sites do you want to use for depth charts/names? Anyone else that wants to help please post! If you like a certain team or conference and can help with them please speak up.

Since Tool isn't working with this rom would it be possible to have someone in the know to post what we would normally see in Tool when we hit "view contents" as a text document? If you don't want to do it because others will steal it and sell it without this site benefiting from it I get that. Thanks!

No posts forever and then BAM! 6 posts and from some heavy hitters. I've said from the beginning that I'm more of a producer now than a creator and especially if we have Buck and Xplozv in the mix! I'm in charge of recruiting , team selection, schedule, uniform colors and usage. I can help with ratings, depth charts, and do minor tweaks to graphics too so that it is more NCAA than NFL. I know Keirre said he has a rom he wants to use with most of the helmets already done but if buck or xplozv has a rom with more college-esque features we want we should probably go with one of those instead and have the helmets fixed later. Isn't that the smart move? Xplozv, that read option video you posted looks awesome. If it's glitch free, I'm sure everyone would love it on the rom! From what I've read in this thread I think these are the final teams. Let's finalize this now. Are you new to playing TSB? If so, cool, welcome and thanks for posting. If not, how is this the first time you've played with the Browns? I'm with Majik - I wish more people would post game or season recaps. I need to try more of these "no offense - challenges".

I'm considering getting a PS4 just for this game. I'm the last person on the planet that enjoys playing offline vs bots but love that they brought it back and even have 4 player offline as an option again which is almost extinct in gaming. I did the math though and it's pricey at $600 (system, 2nd controller, 2 games, season pass, etc).

I love having a shitty team on there. Pat myself on the back here but my college rom last year had 3 cool feautres with the WORST possible roster for Michigan, EVEN teams with Army-Navy and the Pro Bowl was the Best possible vs the Worst possible. I think people appreciate one rom that has all those options. Once you've played TSB a million times you need these type of things to keep it interesting. Also, playing man vs man with EVEN teams is fun with friends. I think you're right though in that we don't have to wait til the season's end to finish this rom at this point.
