My rom needs to be in bin form to use the editor. Is it possible to convert to bin? I googled but found nothing usefull

I cant get a season going with Tecmo Super Bowl for some reason. It just wont let me access team control in season mode. But I can play Tecmo Bowl. Any updates? This is on my phone mind you

Hey, im glad I found this site. I knew there was a cool TSB site somewhere. Anyways, I downloaded the latest roster update from your site and put it on my phone with this Nescube I have put quite a few different TSBs on my phone and all of them are the same. I can only play a preseason game cuz when I select a season game, it wont let me select a team to control. When I play a preseason game I can only select teams in the last column DEN, K.C, RAI, S.D, ect.. Also I can only play COA vs COM which is cool cuz controling TSB on your phone is pretty tedious. If anyone else could try it and find a different result, please post... Thanks for reading
