    Hello Gentlemen,

This is a topic/question for those creating a/the 2017 Tecmo Super Bowl Cart/ROM.

Not to sound like a cheap ass, nor am I trying to take away from cartridge sales or anything, but will the 2017 TSB game be released in ROM form on here at no cost, and if so, is there a projected date?

Please let me know as I'm considering playing the entire season alongside the actual 2016 NFL season, even though I am currently in the midst of my COMET Bowl challenge, with 11 seasons to go I believe.

Regardless, thank you for putting out an updated game/cart/rom every year as that's very cool and some serious dedication.  Cheers to all involved.  Take care.

Contininuing with my celebration of the TSB3 20 years anniversary, I bring you this Little update of this monster game.

RELOADED EDITION is the same TSBIII, but with little settings for make it more accurate to the 1995 season.

As we know, the game was created during the offseason and the training camps, for that reason there are some players that never played a single snap, and some others are missing. Well, I searched for the players in the 1995 season and put them in the teams, I throwed off some players that never were really in the team or were out all season foir IR (Like Kijana Carter)
Here´s a little list of the changes:

    MVP Brett Favre. Attributes increased.
DPOTY Bryce Paup. Attributes increased. Rookie DPOTY Mike Mamula. Attributes increased

Rookie OPOTY Curtis Martin. Adeed to the Patriots.
Deion Sanders with the Cowboys (Yes, they are even stronger)
No Barry Foster for the Panthers (He didn´t play for them a single snap)

    Kerry Collins
    Steve Mcnair
    Mark Brunnel
    Among a few other players.
All the names appears (No RB Bills, etc.)
    Accurate Jersey numbers
Free Agency points established according to the quality of the player (So, no 210 FAP for Scott Mitchell)
New AFC and NFC Rosters (Thanx so much to DRUNKEN HONKEY)
New FA Players. I changed the FA players for first round picks from the 1996 draft and so on.

    No changes in Hidden Players.
Except for new players in some rosters, those I mentioned above and the new FA, the attributes keep exact the same as Tecmo did.

There are 3 ROM´s because I settled up 3 different schedules. I don’t know, but play against the same division of the other conference comes a little boring sometimes, so I give you 3 choices.

    ROM A

    The original one

    AFC East VS NFC West
    AFC Central VS NFC Central
    AFC West VS NFC East

    ROM B

    AFC East VS NFC East
    AFC Central VS NFC West
    AFC West VS NFC Central

    ROM C

    AFC East VS NFC Central
    AFC Central VS NFC East
    AFC West VS NFC West

So, this is like an upgrade of the game only, of course 20 years later (almost 21) Please enjoy the new features.

    Thank you.

Here is an update of the NES classic "Nintendo World Cup." It has updated rosters (to reflect the 2014 World Cup). I also changed the uniforms to closely represent their real-life counterparts. Also, I tweaked the gameplay mechanics a little so that the players on the field run a little faster.

A little disclaimer, this ROM was my guinea pig as I figured out how to make ROM modifications and color changes using a hex editor.

    Enjoy!

This RBI Baseball ROM is based on the 1986 Major League Baseball season.
    http://www.baseball-reference.com/leagues/MLB/1986.shtml

There are 30 teams, total.  It contains all 26 MLB clubs, the American and National League All-Star teams, and two teams of Legends (featuring the likes of Babe Ruth, Willie Mays, Bob Gibson, etc.).

I based the player ratings on their statistics from the 1986 season.  The Legends' ratings are based on their career averages, pro-rated over a 162-game season.

    Enjoy!

For about 30 seconds, I had the idea of doing a FIBA ROM, featuring Team USA vs. the world.  Five seconds into this thought, I started looking at rosters for some of the potential countries.  Twenty-five seconds later, I had another idea.

View File This is my most ambitious edit project to date.  To give an idea of the original ROM based on a Japanese professional football league (J.League Winning Goal), check out the images below:

One of the first things I did was to translate the ROM to English.  On ROMHacking.net, there was a patch provided that reduced my workload by about 50%.

Next, I replaced all of the team flags with each country's national flags.  The countries in the game are:  United States, Brazil, Argentina, Spain, Colombia, Belgium, France, England, Mexico, Germany, Italy, and Portugal.  After replacing the flags, I replaced the original team logos with the logo or crest for each country's football association.

After changing the logos, I modified the rosters and ratings for each player to accurately reflect the 2014 World Cup.

The kit colors came next.  I had to go with a team's 2nd or 3rd colors in order to make it as accurate as possible.

Finally, to pander the the Tecmo crowd, I updated the appearance to have more of a Tecmo-feel to it.  The fonts were replaced with those from Tecmo Super Bowl, along with a few color schemes (white on black, white on blue).

In regards to the game, there are two modes:  Exhibition (1 or 2 players) and League.  League emulates a larger-scale pool play in the sense that every team will play every other team once before a Champion is crowned.

Just a little preview of something I've been working on this week.  The original games is the Japanese soccer game, J.League Winning Goal.  After having the game translated to English, I've overhauled the rosters to represent 12 countries that participated in the 2014 World Cup.  I've also completely revamped two of the title screens to reflect the 2014 World Cup.  Team logos have been replaced by national flags.

I've attached screenshots of what I have, so far.  I believe I've found the data within the ROM that will change player attributes and will be working on that next week.

Here's a link to original gameplay footage:
