  1. My son, who is four years old, wanted to pick the teams last night. He chose Chicago and Kansas City. I'd say he's well on his way to Tecmo glory.
  2. I'm okay without Sconnie since he bounced me at the round of 64 last year. Though I'd love another shot for redemption.
  3. Sounds good man. The more we can expose the community to Tecmo, the better it is for everyone. We all have to start somewhere with it. I'm glad the Final Four will be back again this year for TB II.
  4. Thanks, we thought it went well for our first public tournament. We've surpassed online registration from last year. If that's any indication, including walk-ups, we are looking at about 30, possibly up to 40. Make sure you let anyone know if they are on the fence, to register ASAP. I'll be going in for t-shirt orders soon, and want to ensure they get the proper size and style. Not to deter walk-ups at all, we have 4 different designs/colors available, two of them new this year as you see in the poster.
  5. Just a bit of practicing in the Frozen Tundra before Tundra Bowl II on January 24th. Lots of fun for sure - make sure to register today!
  6. Posters are in! This year, Miller is sponsoring the event. Make sure you register online for Tundra Bowl to guarantee your shirt size and style! Make sure you register at: http://retro4ever.co...l-registration/
  7. Hotel is booked - the Retro4Ever crew will be making an appearance once again. This year, it's an entire weekend for us.
  8. Saw that you registered Josh - looking forward to it. Should be a good tune up for Madison.
  9. I was hoping to head down this year, but it's my son's birthday on that day (and only a month after we plan to welcome out third...I'm lucky she's so supportive with the Tundra Bowl I run up here). I'll have to get down that way in 2016. Good luck to everyone there!
  10. I'll work on trying to give you better competition this time around! Glad to hear you'll make it brother. Follow our official Facebook event here: Tecmo Tundra Bowl II on Facebook
  11. Posters will be posted in the next week or so! Make sure you register at: http://retro4ever.com/tecmo-tundra-bowl-registration/
  12. Stuck in my Masters program today, but there in spirit. Good luck gentlemen.

  14. Jamaal Charles in 2008: 4.36/40 De'Anthony Thomas at the combine this year: 4.50/40 Charles should still be faster, even in the 2015 ROM, but not by much (maybe a 63 vs. 56). This is just speaking to the example used above.
  15. Have to say, the second half of that runback, I was in awe of Ironhead's fleet-footedness. It was a great runback for sure.
  16. Excellent work once again gentlemen. I took some of my Retro4Ever crew down for their first experience of Tecmo Madison, and all of them walked away impressed by the setup, competition, and the great people we met. It's definitely what we strive for when we put on Tundra Bowl in Green Bay every January. Read up on a recap and our own Tecmo X journey here: http://retro4ever.com/recap-tecmo-x/
  17. Looks like I've got quite the group in #5. Definitely going to be an uphill battle with the talent that's there, regardless, it's going to be a fun go of it for sure.
  18. Complete story and recap of Tundra Bowl I is now posted - check it out! http://retro4ever.com/tundra-bowl-i-recap-and-results/
  19. Thanks guys - we truly appreciate the feedback and all of you at the tournament! I just finished breaking down Win-Loss records and a bunch of interesting stats, so look for the article to come sometime this week. I'll post the link when it's finished and up for reading.
  20. Excellent turnout today at Tundra Bowl I! Thanks to all particpants that came out to play some Tecmo Super Bowl! Congrats to Josh, co-founder of Tecmo Madison. He was featured on ESPN as part of the NFL documentary in 2012, and is the winner of the first annual Tecmo Tundra Bowl! A full write-up will be up on the site this upcoming week. We were grateful for all of those that came out today, and we hope to see you all next year!
  21. Only one day away from the inaugural Tecmo Tundra Bowl I - we hope to see you all there!
