Welcome back to TecmoBowl.org as we and cover athlete Rob Gronkowski celebrate the 21st birthday of Tecmo Super Bowl with our annual release! If you haven't been around in a while I hope you like our new site and if it's your first time we hope you stay and look around.

If you find any misspellings or wrong numbers, please feel free to hit our forums and let us know. This is our release candidate and we will surely update this as we progress. You can suggest that we make your favorite players awesomer....but we probably won't. That sort of stuff is based on assumptions and we're sticking with ours!

Nice work!! Some suggested roster changes:

Jax - released Lee Evans, Zach Miller

would improve ratings on Tyson Alualu (worst DT on the rom?), Terrence Knighton

Bal - would lower Flacco to 69 PC

Oak - Tommy Kelly should be a DT, not an ILB

    Ind - would lower Luck's PC from 69 to 63, he's a rookie!!

Pit - would bump Mendenhall to 50 MS, Rainey to 44 Rec

Phi - would lower D. Jackson to 63 MS, he's nice but not Rice!

Dal - would bump Romo to 19 MS, D. Murray to 56 MS

Chi - would bump Cutler to 75 PC, Bush to 88 HP

NO - Sproles 38 BC? He has 14 fumbles in his entire 6 year career... Should be 50 BC

SF - would lower Alex Smith to 56 PC

Seattle - would increase Barrett Ruud across the board, he appears to be the worst LB on the rom?

Hey, can someone give me the TSBTool text file for the release so I can put it in a nohack version of TSB and run a few weeks of stuff to see if the non-hacked version does better then the hacked version?

EDIT: In terms of QB Comp % and Yards.

Nope: I went back, doublechecked and all the numbers I've provided are right,

Jets newly-signed P robert MALONE's # pending....(I went with some Rexian predicting on that one:

    though I don't know he'll actually be "#1" yet....If I stand corrected, I'll correct myself.)

By the way, Brandon Jacobs (#45) is neither 27 nor 46, because both those #s were taken (C.J. Spillman and Delanie Walker).

Just a question, teams total ratings trump individuals right? Just trying to help with those blah blah he should be better suggestions. We all think our team players should be better, thats why we have an editor. :) I think team feel is mire important with the normal ratings. I know jstout has come up with multiple hacks to boost team play styles, ie the quickness int hack. Where quickess is formulated for incompletes, int is just for ints. Mad props to who ever rated this thing, 840 players is no joke and it seems to be without bias. Mucho time was taken to do these and until you actually do a rom, you cant fully appreciate the hard work that goes into a hack this size.

I'm not gonna list everything, but right off the top of my head:

    RAMS Chris Long = #72, not 91

    CARDS Calais Campbell = #93, not 57

unless you're talking about a different Long and a different Campbell.

some other numbers are wrong, too. but I can't remember from this morning.

Looks good for the Seahawks on offense, I'd change some of the defense atts around but I'm picky... only big thing is LB Ruud was traded, rookie Bobby Wagner is starting in the middle. Thank you!

Currently these are the items we're looking for at the moment.

I think for the next release we will have about 99% of the numbers correct.

I know the Giants need to be good because they're the super bowl champs, but is Hakeem Nicks really that good? Not positive but he seems to have top 3-4 WR on earth ratings. Something to consider maybe.

Coby Fleener not Colby Fleener. Apologies if this was noted.

Also Andrew Luck returned an onside and was on bath salts or something. Wish I had that return man on regular kicks.

No lie, Luck did the same thing to me tonight. Romo got one on me in a different game also but Luck CRUISED.

I've had a couple sacks where it came up " QB SACK " but no last name underneath? Maybe that's already been noted.

not that I am sure, but I would bet that the player who got the sack has a name that is longer than 16 characters (including first name and spaces). if so, this is a roster problem.

ok, I went in real quick and took a look. this list may not be complete

guys with names that are TOO LONG

    dolphins

    WR4

    pats

    RT

    browns

    RT

    jaguars

    RT

    RE

    eagles

    LCB

    cowboys

    FS

    cardinals

    LT
