I've been scouring the internet for NBA JAM stuff for last few months. I've found a few resources / rom hacks / mods. There is a player editor out there but having some trouble using it. Lite includes all the Unlockable characters as if you beat all 27 teams. That might be caused by the Passing Game Probability Hack. I noticed more errant throws by the QB's after adding the hack to the game I worked on.

I'm on Windows 7 and fceux-2.2.3. I haven't tested it again yet, but I want to play a few rounds with the increased-juice ROM and see if it was just an anomaly. I can see that you are very receptive to feedback and, at the risk that I may be having a disproportionate sway on your development decision (I'm a rookie), I want to be more quantitative with any claims I make. As a side note, I think the difficulty was in a much better place overall.
