Bloomington is a no pressure tournament that wants everyone to enjoy a game we all love without having to worry about whether or not you will win enough money to cover your tournament expenses. To help provide stress relief we provide an abundance of beer, hard liquor, and food to help spruce up the party. The warehouse that we rent out is 100% our's for this event. With that being said we are still responsible for people's actions at this warehouse. Anybody wishing to play or attend must pay by January 13, 2018. 3. Looking forward to another fun NYC Tourney. I'm enjoying retirement, and like last year, will be focused only on organizing and keeping things flowing day-of. Like last year, we'll throw a link out that morning for people to view our tracking/score sheet. That means live, constant, fast score updates for all those following along or checking in remotely. I'll also pause tweeting anti-Trump stuff that day and replace it with observations and silly shit from around the tourney.

Hey Bodom! Glad someone else tried this! I still think it might be possible to get 10 if everything went perfectly. I'm going to keep trying. I agree with your tips 1) I am only going to try with Brady, Rodgers, Brees probably 2) I basically use 2-3 pass plays all season long 3) I, too, start with the worst players 4) I, too, go backwards on kickoffs (to about the 6 yard line usually) 5) I learned early to get out of bounds once i knew I couldn't score What was your kickoff strategy? I basically onside kick every time and hope to either recover OR have them return it for a touchdown What was your defensive strategy? I basically tried to sack (though I haven't been using the Nose Tackle) the QB every play to force punts. If I failed, I preferred to allow quick TD's. I didn't get to play much on vacation, but I plan to get back into my attempt with the Saints soon

  5. I also would like to point out that I was much more sober than I usually am at tournaments, I knew I had to leave early and drive quite a bit. Get me at an eliminated-at-Madison level of drunk and I don't think it would have been so clean.

  7. Go to location x2A273. There's a pattern of numbers, 0000 0100 0200 etc. Each set is a helmet color. They are in order of the team select. So count every 2 pair and you'll be able to find Carolina. Change this to be the same as New England, Dallas, Seattle or Detroit. Hope this helps.

EDIT: I just re-read your original post and realized that you were trying to get 10 guys over 1,000, not 7. I think I read 7 in another post and assumed that was the target. So I guess I didn't not complete the challenge as stated below. I think if I really tried, I could get to 8, tops. Had fun trying, though... OK - not sure which ROM you are using, but I used the official TB.org ROM (5 min Qtrs) and did this fairly easily with Brady and the Pats. I was able to get 7 guys over 1,000 receiving yards (Gillislee, White, Hogan, Gronk, Amendola, Mitchell, Cooks) - and had I paid attention, I may have gotten 8. Had the challenge completed by the final game so I started on Lewis and got 1/2 way there. Burkhead also stole a few receptions. I lost one game to Miami because (1) Brady was injured (2) I was playing half-assed defense toward the end. A few things that helped: - Brady, of course. I haven't looked at all the QB ratings, but not sure I could have done it without a Brady or Rodgers caliber QB. - Get to know 1-2 pass plays really well. WR progression, check down options on picked plays, etc. - Try to get the less talented players out of the way first and save the better players for later in the season when you must start forcing throws and need some CCs/avoid INTs. - Don't advance punt or kickoff returns. Run back if you can and try to start drives inside your own 10. (*I didn't run backwards with RBs to maximize receiving yards, only did this on special teams... actually, I didn't pick Runs at all). - Get out of bounds to prevent fumbles and loss of stats. This happened to me a couple of times on long receptions.
