I'd say you have two options... 1) contact the seller and tell him the issue and get a refund and buy a different cart (I'd also recommend playing tsb3 on SNES over Genesis as Genesis has some really bad glitches and gameplay is not as good) or 2) take the cart apart and replace the battery. That should fix your issue, but if it doesn't, you could also still go back to option 1.

Quick update: 14 out of 27 teams ratings are complete. If all goes as planned, I anticipate a release date of sometime this week or early next week.
