TSB trivia game

Recommended Posts

I recall the interview.  Forget who posted it, but it was a great read.

Next Question:  In the original TSB (stock playbooks), which two plays appear the most?

(One RUN, one PASS... the RUN is used in 11 team's playbooks, the PASS is used in 10 team's playbooks)

Hot dog.

In today's NFL, everyone knows a given team plays each team in their division twice.

But in a Tecmo season, what two non-division match-ups happen twice per season?

Hint: one match-up per conference

Good question.

I've played the Pats schedule enough to know that NE - DEN  is the AFC match up.

No idea on the NFC.  I'd have to assume it's the  Packers.  I'll go with GB – PHI ( completely wild guess).

Gonna say Cardinals/Vikings.

(They seem to play eachother all the time, even to this day...)

Yes indeed! In weeks 7 & 9. Must have felt weird to have those two uncommon opponent matches, especially so close together in the season, double especially cause the two teams hadn't played against each other since 1983!

It was also the only year the Vikings played the Cardinals of Phoenix (1988 - 1993).

Either @Bodomor @Svelt, up.

I'm not sure about defense, but TE Ron Hall has hidden stats.  Testaverde to Hall is the 2nd best QB/WR combo in the game behind Montana and Rice.

*(I'm pretty sure I remember someone posting this, and being serious about it, back in the 2008/2009 time frame ... and it's extremely sad that I remember that sort of thing).

Peebles!  :-P
