gripsmoke
That's really sweet. The absolute best part is the super-cool quarterback going back for his super-sweet close up. Joe Montana? Hell no, Tommy fuckin' Maddox. He Hate Me is icing on the cake.
fro30
Did you hack the coin toss so the 2 players run to get the football?
BAD_AL
This is one of the coolest hack I've ever seen.Very good graphics. It even plays music in the menus.Very nice work!
GRG
Did you hack the coin toss so the 2 players run to get the football? No coin toss hack, but there is no fair catch on punt returns Thank you Bad Al and Gripsmoke. There is a post buried in hacking documentation on adding music, by bas I think

Bad Moon Rison
Wow, this rom is amazing at least as far as presentation goes. I really think the play select screen is perfect for the XFL. Nice job!

Knobbe
LOLThere are no playoffs, the game will freeze after the 10th week- this was intentional. As always the defining standard in Tecmo Graphics.
Bad Moon Rison
Now if you could only get more skanky cheerleaders and Jesse Ventura running around on the sidelines... Leonard Fournette
GRG
he hate me's team is awesome. from first glance it looks way better than any other team. I went by stats for ratings. LV had the best defense. Their two DEs were 1 & 2 in sacks. Their QB & WRs are avg.

Knobbe
Is it possible to pull out music from the rom as a midi? Did you hack the coin toss so the 2 players run to get the football? No coin toss hack, but there is no fair catch on punt returns Thank you Bad Al and Gripsmoke. GRG
I don't even need to see it yet! If GRG did it, it's AWESOME!!!!! damn, thank you. Is it possible to pull out music from the rom as a midi? I'm not sure I know what a midi is. Is it a music file with different tracks? All I know about ripping NES music is the NSF format.
Denny
A Mighty fine edit all around GRG, good work! Leonard Fournette
Knobbe
If you went to a website with crappy music in the 90s, that would be a midi. It also happens to be the format that you can use to put music on a cell phone. Thus, I'd like to pull of the opening music from TSB to add to my cellphone. Apparently it's fairly easy to convert NSF -> Midi. Is it very difficult to strip off NSFs from a rom?Is it possible to pull out music from the rom as a midi?I'm not sure I know what a midi is. kingsoby1
if you can pull .nsf from the rom and you convert .mid to .nsf, you should be able to insert custom midi files into your roms.that would be cool.

Knobbe
well, I feel better that you're thinking this is difficult becuase I've been working at it for a couple of hours and getting nowhere. Now, did you actually add music in or did you just link to a different sound on there already? I'm under the impression that the music section starts at x36010 but I could be wrong.
