We tweaked our event logo ever so slightly. We wanted to make it look a little more frosty, and a little less like a bunch of blunts put together.

We've also launched our event page for Tundra Bowl IV, please SHARE it, and let us know if you can make it: http://www.facebook.com/events/880137512122345/

As always, you can follow us on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/TundraBowl/), and on Twitter (http://twitter.com/tundrabowl)

A couple quick Tundra Bowl IV updates to pass along...

IMG_0313.PNG

1.) Tundra Bowl has partnered exclusively with Game Trade in De Pere, WI (just minutes from the Tundra Bowl tournament) for a sponsorship for Tundra Bowl IV! Game Trade will be promoting the tournament heavily over the next few months in order to bring more attention to our rapidly growing event! Check out their latest Podcast HERE or their Facebook page HERE. They will be putting up a generous $25 GIFT CARD as a part of a fun special event at the tournament - stay tuned for details!

2.) I have come into this magnificent program featuring Vinny Testaverde, and am giving it away at Tundra Bowl IV! The person who passes for the most yards with Vinny (must be verified by myself or a Tournament official) during Tundra Bowl IV Group Play will walk away with this fantastic piece of NFL history!

3.) Registrations have been pouring in over the last couple of weeks since registration opened. Just a few of the players that we've registered includes tournament champions Rico R. and Matt Miller, as well as reigning Tundra Bowl Champion Josh (Coconuts)! Make sure to register ASAP to secure your spot at TBIV! Speaking of registering...

IMG_0180.JPG

4.) BLACK FRIDAY/CYBER MONDAY REGISTRATION SPECIAL!!! If you register between now, and 11:59pm on Cyber Monday, you'll have a shiny, new pack of 1991 Pacific NFL cards to open at Tundra Bowl IV! You'll be flooded with Tecmo goodness as you sift through these fantastic cards. Everyone who registers between now and the end of Cyber Monday gets a free pack as part of their registration!

That's all for now. Hope everyone has an excellent Thanksgiving, and safe travels to all that are traveling to see family and friends over the holiday weekend!

Decided to get into the Christmas spirit a little early this year, and went ahead and purchased 4 boxes of 1991 Pacific NFL cards, featuring your favorite players from Tecmo! Every single player that participates will not only get their event shirt, but also a new pack of these amazing cards!

Everyone who registered during our Black Friday/Cyber Monday special will get two packs! More good news to come as we get closer...only two months until Tundra Bowl IV - the official Tecmo Madison Qualifier!

Today, we are proud to release our Tundra Bowl IV poster design! These posters are hung every year in order to help promote the event. If you look closely, we have also released our annual, exclusive Tundra Bowl event T-Shirt design as well! We got the approval from the T-Shirt company on the design, and they are working on proofs as we speak. We'd love to hear your thoughts on the new design on our FACEBOOK EVENT PAGE - and make sure to SHARE it to your wall to help promote the event!

Also, to update you on registrations - we already have confirmed (paid) players coming from FIVE states. While I always take other verbal commitments with a grain of salt, we are looking at approximately 9-10+ states getting into the fold at Tundra Bowl IV!

If you have not registered yet for the event - make sure you do so ASAP. The T-Shirt sizes are limited to those that register online. While I always buy additional T-Shirts for every size, if you want to make sure the size you want is GUARANTEED, then make sure to COMPLETE YOUR PAID REGISTRATION as soon as possible (click on the link below):

TUNDRA BOWL IV REGISTRATION - PAYPAL REGISTRATION (paying to secure your spot) is located on bottom of registration page

With just over seven weeks to go, we are on pace for record-setting numbers for the third year in a row! We're excited to spend the day with our Tecmo brethren - it'll be an experience you won't soon forget!

The 28th seems to be the day for alot of tournaments in january this year

True, but the other two are in Arizona and in Oregon. Kumite (Detroit) typically has been on the same day as well, but they are moving to March. I'm assuming Nebraska will still be in January this year, but @Knobbe would be the man to answer that one. We're the only tournament east of the Missouri River between now and March 2017 if I'm not mistaken.
