USB controller for Android phone?

I just got the Samsung Galaxy S7.

Has a USB adapter, so I hooked up my original NES controller, with the RetroBit adapter.  This combo works great on my laptop/desktop computer.

Was excited at first but the UP and LEFT arrows don't work on android phone... all other buttons/directions work.

Crappy retrolink USB controller, all buttons/arrows work.  But that controller is bad/laggy.

 

Ideas?  I wish to use authentic controller.....
