TB League Signups

Alright, now that we have a 32 team ROM and some neat hacks, the natural next statement, at least for me, is "wonder if we can get a league going."

I already know that myself and warren are in, but I thought it'd be worthwhile to start a discussion thread regarding this to see if we can get some more dudes. I think 6 guys is probably a good minimum to get something going. I think a casual league would be doable, as the game doesn't take a hell of a lot of time dedication.

Some ideas that have been thrown around:

Possible hacks (INT hack, no QB running

Randomized conditions (players stats can change after each game you play).

Break the teams into tiers and have each owner draft a team from that tier to keep the teams balanced.

If you'd rather start out with a pickup game first, let me know and we could set that up first...if a league doesn't happen, a TPC style thing would be fun too...

Actually we could do that, just as a gentleman's rule, not game enforced. The World Tecmo Bowl guys Compromised on 1 QB run per quarter because they have separate rules.

Right, it'd have to be a gentlemens rule at that point. All I meanT wasn't gonna be a hack we'd pursue. If it means getting another guy to play, I'd dom1 run per half or quarter.

I know this game isn't the wildly popular one that TSB is, but I'm still hoping there might be people out there interested in playing a few games...so far we got 4 guys, and I'd like to have 6. Anyone else interested? Fat? If not, we'll still play, we'd probably just have each player pick 2 teams or something.
